You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase a course. By enrolling, you represent that these conditions are met. If you are located outside the United States and wish to enroll, contact us at kevin@levelfluent.com to discuss eligibility.
When you enroll in a LevelFluent course, you are purchasing access to:
Course content, format, schedule, and delivery methods may be updated or modified at our discretion. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Course materials and community access are provided for your individual use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or provide access to course materials to any third party without written permission from LevelFluent.
We reserve the right to revoke access to any student who violates these terms or engages in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other students or instructors.
Access to course materials, recordings, and community channels is provided for a minimum of 60 days from the course end date. After this period, access may be discontinued without notice. LevelFluent is not obligated to maintain or provide access to any materials beyond this window.
All course content -- including but not limited to the 5-Level AI Fluency Framework, course guides, downloadable materials, exercises, session structures, recordings, and related intellectual property -- is owned exclusively by LevelFluent LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of your course access and license, and LevelFluent reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for infringement.
Live group calls may be recorded for the benefit of enrolled students. By enrolling in the course, you consent to being recorded during live calls. Recordings may be shared with other enrolled students in the same cohort. If you do not wish to appear on camera or audio during a recorded session, you may attend with your camera off and microphone muted, but you may not prohibit the recording of the session itself.
By enrolling in the course, you grant LevelFluent permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and statements made during live calls, community channels, or other course interactions in promotional and marketing materials. This includes but is not limited to video clips, audio excerpts, written quotes, screenshots, and testimonials used on our website, social media, advertising, and sales materials.
If you wish to opt out of promotional use, you may do so at any time by submitting a written request to kevin@levelfluent.com. Upon receiving your request, we will not use your likeness or statements in any new promotional materials going forward. We are not required to remove materials that were published prior to receiving your opt-out request.
During live calls and community discussions, students may share business challenges, client situations, or other sensitive information. By enrolling, you agree to treat all information shared by other participants as confidential. You may not disclose, share, or reference another student's personal or business information outside the course without that student's explicit permission. This obligation does not restrict LevelFluent's rights under the Testimonials and Promotional Use section above.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Our refund policy is described in detail on our Refund Policy page. In summary:
If you complete all coursework and attend all weekly live calls but do not feel a meaningful improvement in your AI fluency, you may join one future cohort at no additional cost. To qualify, you must have completed all course modules, attended all live calls (or watched each recording within 48 hours), and actively participated in the community. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course ending. This is a retake guarantee, not a refund. It may be used once per enrollment.
The course involves the use of third-party AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, and others) and third-party platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, and others). Your use of these tools is governed by their respective terms of service. LevelFluent is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
You are responsible for obtaining your own subscriptions to any required tools, unless explicitly included in your course enrollment.
AI is a rapidly evolving field. Course content reflects the state of AI tools, capabilities, and best practices at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee that specific tools, techniques, platforms, or recommendations discussed in the course will remain current, available, or accurate after the course concludes. LevelFluent is not liable for changes in third-party AI tools or the broader AI landscape that affect the applicability of course content.
LevelFluent provides educational content and training. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or career results. Results depend on your individual effort, application, and circumstances.
Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LevelFluent's total liability to you for any claims arising from your enrollment or use of course materials is limited to the amount you paid for the course. LevelFluent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter in small claims court.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify enrolled students by email. Continued participation in the course after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
