If you enroll and change your mind before the course start date, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked. Email us at kevin@levelfluent.com and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Once the course begins, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. This is a live, cohort-based course with limited spots, and your enrollment reserves a seat that cannot be resold once the cohort is underway.
We stand behind the quality of this course. If you complete the full program but do not feel a meaningful improvement in your AI fluency, you may join one future cohort at no additional cost.

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to revoke your access to all course materials, recordings, and community channels.
